Do you want to Make a Link Recognizing and Warning Bot for both WhatsApp. If so here are the steps for it. First of all, you should have to Download this App Called Auto Reply.

Before going on, you should have to Allow this app in your Notification Settings which will can be Seen when you Opened this App at the First Time.
Then Click on the + Icon to Create a New Rule.
Now you should have to Look at the Image Carefully and Do the Same for Your App too.
If you Need More Info About them, Please Watch the Given List under this Image by Matching the Numbers.
1) Turn On or Off this Rule.
2) Select Your WhatsApp Type. For me, I want to Send this warn using my WhatsApp Business App.
3) Those are the Input Commands for our Bot which can be seen in Links. If a user Send any of those word to you, this App will Catch it if You haven't Muted that Chat. This App is doing so by Reading your Notifications.
4) Select Contain Because Link doesn't Contain only the words given Above by us.
5) This is the Warning Message which Should be Send whenever a user Send any of above words to you. You can Customize it as you want. The Words which can be seen in Blue Color aren't typed by me. To do so, You should click the Buttons bellow that Tab (In the 6th Tab).
6) If You Need to Get the User Name, you can Click on the First Name Button. If you have saved him in Your Contacts, that Name can be seen in the Message. If you haven't saved him yet, you can see his Contact Number. By doing so, you can Mention him and then he will be Notified. By Clicking on the Date Button, you can get the Current Date. All the others are in that tab is like so. You may have to Try them by yourself.
7) If You want to add a Pattern to this Message, You can click on there and Choose any of Text Style.
8) If you want to send Messages as how as a user send you such inputs which was given by you, click on the All Button.
9) If you want to Set a Delay to Send your Message, you can give it by here.
10) If you only want to send those messages only to people who send you Private Messages, click on Individual. If you want to send those Messages to Groups, Click on Groups. If you want to send those Messages to Both Groups and Individuals, Click on Both.
11) If you only want to send those Messages to a Person you know, Give his Name by Clicking on that Icon given in this Tab.
12) If You doesn't want to send those Messages to a Person you know, Give his Name by Clicking on that Icon given in this Tab.
13) If you want to Send those Messages only for Specific Date or Time, Set it in here.
14) If you want to Repeat this Rule, Give that Number to here.
15) If you want to Pause this Rule for your Contacts for Specific Time, Set it in here.
16) If you want to Save this Rule as another one and Edit this one again, Click on Save As. Else You can Create a Duplicate one too by here.
17) Now Click on this Tick to Save this Rule.
